Phase 2 of ThermoNetz begins NOW
Following the successful foundation by Martin Kainzlsperger as owner and Dennis Röhl as Managing Director, the planned handover of staff has now taken place. Ercan Kulac, who started at ThermoNetz AG in August 2016, took over the operational management on January 1, 2016. With the management and the subscription of share capital, Ercan is now not only an employee - but also a co-owner!
Martin Kainzlsperger
Founder and Managing Director of Bavaria Swiss AG, a construction machinery dealership in Baar ZG. Martin had recognized that there was a lot of investment in the energy sector. The decision to use his network and synergies led him to found ThermoNetz AG together with partners. Martin has international relationships with a wide range of construction companies, is very well connected and has known the construction industry, especially civil engineering and pipeline construction, for years - but prefers to deal only with "rough equipment".

Stephan Szillat: the technician behind the material! Stephan Szillat and Ercan already knew each other from a previous job at a large pipe manufacturer and from then on maintained a friendly relationship. Ercan was able to convince Stephan of the ThermoNetz vision and Stephan has been part of the team since October 25. His strengths lie in precise calculations, pipe statics and detailed network planning.
What connects us at ThermoNetz: We all have our roots in Germany, are at home in Central Switzerland, grew up in the construction industry and have a common mission: to achieve the heating transition - today, not tomorrow!
