Sales Manager Region Western Switzerland (100%)
WORKPLACE: Home office / French-speaking Switzerland region
Join our dedicated team and use your expertise in district heating to further expand our solutions on the market.
In this exciting position as Regional Sales Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in the region and continue to expand our network in the district heating sector. You will look after existing customers, acquire new projects and use your technical understanding to ensure that our solutions are used optimally. Thanks to your experience in the heating or district heating sector, you understand the needs of our customers and convince them with professional advice.

YOUR TASKS
Active support and expansion of the existing customer base in the assigned region
Acquisition of new customers and projects in the district heating / energy supply sector
Technical advice for planners, installers, energy suppliers and other decision-makers
Representation of the company at customer visits, trade fairs and specialist events
Close cooperation with the office staff, technical department and management for successful project execution
Market and competition monitoring and continuous expansion of your industry network
Independent planning and organization of your appointments from your home office
YOUR PROFILE
French is your mother tongue
Good knowledge of German is a big plus, alternatively good knowledge of English
Resident in the region served (ideally in French-speaking Switzerland)
Several years of experience in field service, ideally in the district heating or building services sector
Sound experience in the district heating sector and an existing network in the industry
Driving license Cat. B is mandatory; high willingness to travel within the region
Independent, reliable and entrepreneurial personality with strong communication and consulting skills
Confident handling of the common MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Customer Service / Internal Sales Clerk (100%)
WORKPLACE: Zug
Join our motivated team and bring your technical understanding to Customer Service.
In this versatile role in technical internal sales, you are the central point of contact for our customers and internal contacts. You will handle inquiries from A to Z, prepare quotations, coordinate orders and ensure that customer service runs smoothly. Thanks to your technical affinity and understanding of products and systems, you will also find the right solution to more complex issues. Experience in the district heating sector or in a similar technical environment is a big plus.

YOUR TASKS
Supporting our customers in the office and processing technical and commercial inquiries
Creation of quotations and orders in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, SelectLine)
Administrative support for the internal sales team and ensuring efficient internal processes
Close cooperation with the sales force, suppliers and internal specialist departments
Responsibility for professional, solution-oriented and service-oriented customer communication
YOUR PROFILE
Basic commercial or technical training with professional experience in customer service / internal sales, ideally in a technical environment
Strong technical understanding; experience in the district heating sector an advantage
Confident handling of ERP/quotation programs (SAP, SelectLine or comparable)
Fluent written and spoken German, knowledge of French is a big plus
Independent, structured and reliable way of working and enjoyment of administrative tasks
Experience with common Microsoft tools such as Exel, Outlook, Word

District heating engineer (100%)
Your chance to become part of our dedicated team!
To strengthen our motivated and well-coordinated installation team, we are looking for a reliable, technically skilled person who enjoys working outdoors and enjoys a variety of tasks. Together we implement exciting district heating projects; with plenty of creative freedom and a great team spirit.

YOUR TASKS
Professional assembly and installation of
thermal insulation on district heating pipes
Planning and implementation in accordance with
technical specifications
Consideration of specific
requirements for insulation
Processing surfaces
and carrying out quality control
Documentation of the work carried out
YOUR PROFILE
Completed basic training in civil engineering / pipeline construction / plant pipeline construction or similar
Ideally, you should be certified according to FW603
Independent, structured and
reliable way of working
Category B driver's license
Ability to work in a team, resilience and a pinch of
composure - even when things get hectic
