2. What data we process

As part of registration, we process the information you provide: name, company, attendance with or without an accompanying person, and optional remarks.

3. Purpose of processing

We process this data exclusively to organise and confirm your attendance and to run the event, in particular for capacity and catering planning.

4. Photo and video recordings

During the event, we take photos and videos. These may be used by ThermoNetz for communication, marketing and promotional purposes, in particular for publication on our website, on LinkedIn and in other communication materials.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please indicate this in advance in the remarks field of the registration form. You can also contact the ThermoNetz team at any time on the day of the event. We will take your request into account where possible and ensure that you are not intentionally recorded or shown in an identifiable way.

Please note: for recordings involving larger groups of people or audience situations, complete avoidance or subsequent removal cannot be guaranteed in every case.

5. Disclosure and service providers

We do not share your registration data with third parties for their own purposes. To deliver the event, we may use selected service providers, for example for photography or video production. They process data exclusively on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain registration data for as long as necessary for planning, running and closing the event. Photo and video material may be stored for longer for communication purposes.

If you have any questions or wish to object to the use of photo or video recordings, please contact the ThermoNetz team, ideally before the event via the remarks field in the registration form.

8. Changes to this privacy policy

This privacy policy may be updated at any time. The version published on our website applies in each case.
